This shifted the traditional process of paper wireframing and mapping for approval, moving to create interactive prototypes in InVision or Zeplin, and then finalizing the designs in Photoshop or Illustrator. Thankfully, after the release of Figma and the beta release of Adobe XD in 2016, things started looking good. It has always been crucial for UI/UX designers to find a single tool that would handle wireframing, prototyping, mockuping, developing, and ultimately creating complete high-fidelity designs. ![]()
